Qatar eases precautionary measures in schools, no masks for some
Doha: The Ministry of Education and Higher Education has decided to ease some Covid-19 precautionary measures in schools and kindergartens from Sunday, March 20, 2022.
Students aged 12 years and below no longer need to wear face masks in all public and private schools and kindergartens, and those who wish to wear it can continue to do so.
Continuing to conduct the home antigen rapid test for non-vaccinated and unrecovered students on a weekly basis, according to the pre-established procedures.
The Ministry calls on all students to continue to adhere to all other precautionary measures, and the Ministry takes this opportunity to affirm its full concern for their safety and its commitment to continuing the educational process in a manner that is appropriate to all circumstances and developments.
