Slack is back online after an outage cut many users off

Slack was experiencing some issues on Tuesday that made it difficult for users to send and receive messages as well as access the platform altogether. Across social media, users have complained that trying to access work-related chatrooms met long load times and the inability to view threads.
The Slack Status Twitter account eventually acknowledged issues with loading the platform. “Some customer[s] may be experiencing issues with loading Slack,” Slack wrote. As of 2:24PM ET, Slack’s status page reports the issue is resolved, and anyone still having problems should be able to connect by refreshing the app.
